Our Community Kickback Program

Our
Community Kickback Program
Giving Back Through Tree Care
At A-1 Tree Service, we believe in supporting our community by making homes and properties safer—one tree at a time. Our Community Kickback Program is designed to assist homeowners who have hazardous trees or are struggling to meet insurance clearance requirements but may not have the financial means to address the issue.
This program is made possible through the support of The Tree CRÜ Initiative, a nonprofit dedicated to wildfire prevention and land management. Their partnership allows us to extend our resources and provide free tree services to those in need.
How It Works
Each month, we select one homeowner to receive three hours of free professional tree service to address the most urgent tree-related hazards. This could include removing a dangerous tree, clearing branches that pose a threat to structures, or providing essential maintenance that helps a property meet insurance standards.
Who is Eligible?
-
Homeowners and Property Owners – This program is specifically for individuals who own the property and are facing tree-related safety concerns.
-
Hazardous Trees & Insurance Clearance Issues – We prioritize properties with trees that pose immediate risks to safety or those preventing homeowners from securing or maintaining insurance.
-
Urgency-Based Selection – Each month, we review applications and select the most critical situation to ensure we’re providing help where it’s needed most.
How to Apply or Nominate Someone
Homeowners can nominate themselves or recommend a property owner who may need assistance. To apply, simply fill out the nomination form below with details about the tree hazard and why this service is needed.
Our Commitment to the Community
We understand that tree care can be expensive, and not everyone has the resources to address dangerous tree issues right away. By offering this service, we aim to give back to the community and contribute to a safer environment for homeowners and their families.
This program would not be possible without the support of The Tree Crü Initiative, which helps fund and coordinate projects that reduce wildfire risk and promote land stewardship in our community.
If you or someone you know is in need of emergency tree care but cannot afford it, we encourage you to apply for our Community Kickback Program. Together, we can make our community a safer place—one tree at a time.
